Beginning with his residency at Rhythmcentric in 2003, Thuz has become a regular within the network of underground house nights liverpool had to offer as well as having a number of mixes broadcasted to the uk and beyond. His first brush with electronic music was his introduction to such artists as Leftfield, Underworld, Carl Cox, Danny Howells, Sander Kleinenberg and Lee Burridge. nowadays his inspiration is drawn from djs such as Yousef, H-Foundation, Miguel Migs and the legendary Danny Rampling.

His sets are a melting pot of edgy US influenced house to techier grooves incorporating elements from disco, funk, soul, jazz and afro. armed with house grooves a million miles away from the obvious anthems along with his own re-edits he is always looking to put his stamp on every set he plays. As well as playing his straight up house sets, Thuz also enjoys to dig deeper and play more eclectic sets spinning funk, soul, disco and hip-hop.

His first mix cds were well recieved and was soon picked up by proton radio (usa) and added to its playlist. Soon after he was requested to send mixes to u4ea fm (belgium) where they were played alongside other djs such as Desyn Masiello and local hero Steve Parry.

Since then Thuz has played at one of liverpools biggest house nights Aztec, as well as appearances at freak!, then the pre-party to one of the uks biggest club nights Chibuku shake shake. He was also asked to provide mixes for Steve Parry's friday night show "the red zone" on liverpool's juice fm.

They say that creativity lies in younger minds and Thuz is no exception. With a busy year ahead he is looking forward t othe relaunch of Rhythmcentric in the spring as well as continuing pushing on with his own re-edits and productions.
