After discovering the joys of electronic music in his mid-teens, Webb first began DJing in 1999 when he came to university in Liverpool (wisely investing his first student loan on a set of decks and a lot of records). At the beginning Drum n Bass was his first love and he was heavily influenced by the likes of Andy C, Ray Keith and LTJ Bukem.

As he got older he became exposed to many different varieties of dance music, including Breakbeat, House, Techno, and Electro. Off the back of these influences he began Disted Twisco in 2000, with Nathan Jones (who now runs one of the countries top poetry nights `Fiction'). These days Webb's sets are an eclectic affair and his wide-ranging taste in music was one of the main reasons for Disted Twisco's diverse line-ups.

Some of his favorite labels include Output, Ram Records, Kingsize, Warp, Rotters Golf Club and Environ to name but a few. Some of the artists currently doing it for him are John Tejada, Metro Area, Luke Vibert and Mu. As well as DJing in Disted Twisco he has played a many other club nights in Liverpool and the North West including, Gutterfunk, Lost Soul, Freak, Sequence and Aztec.

Disted Twisco is now sadly over but Webb will continue play out around Liverpool and the North West with fellow DT resident Ben Hughes so watch this space.
