Whitey is an up and coming mc from Leicestershire who has always been in to the rave scene. Mixing happy hardcore at the age of 14, then a year later, whitey started to get into drum'n'bass. he started to write a few rhymes and give the mic a go...

He used to session every weekend with dj capsule and mc misty, mixing till late at night. The 3 of them managed to get a few nights at a small bar in their local town, meeting people who was into what they was into.. any way, cut a long story short... a new promotion with their own sound system called sounds of the wickedness(random sound) came to town and started having frequent hip-hop and drum'n'bass nights. Whitey got to know the promoter and managed to hold down a 2 year residency for that promotion, meeting people at these nights gave whitey the opportunity to introduce him self to some other promoters, dj's and mc's from other areas. Getting to know these connections got whitey some plays out of leicester, he also started to promote a night called body moving with dj beatz, but now mainly focusing on the radio staion. After losing his residency for s.o.t.w he managed to gain 2 residencys for genetic and rotation.

Whitey also has a bi-monthly/monthly reidency on the cards for a night called foul play in liverpool. Whitey had also entered the random concept competition and got through to the final..we're just waiting for the results to come through.
