Geisha (7 Myrtle Street, Liverpool, L7 7DN) Intro: Geisha bar and pan-asian restaurant was Liverpool’s award winning Korova group’s first foray into an eastern themed 10,000 sq foot venue. Notable Parisian venues ‘Buddha Bar’ and ‘China Club’, and New York’s famous ‘Tao’s’ all influenced the concept for this new venue. The music policy was focused around an eclectic range of of Disco. Sadly Geisha closed its doors in July 2008, but the innovative disco music policy survived influencing several club nights that followed!
