Intro: etc was established in August 2007 by Craig Mann, Steve Grant, Matt Healey, Matt Dyson and Mike Brown. The group made up part of the promotion team behind Liverpool's premier trance night 'Slide', but after the demise of the sound in the city they decided to move onto pastures new and 'etc' was born! etc's first three events where held at Garlands, and enjoyed much success but it was apparent that the night needed a more suitable venue for the sound it was pushing. etc returned in February 2008 with Craig Mann, Steve Grant and Ian Andrews at the helm and the night progressed into one the cities forefront progressive and tech house nights, going on to hold events at The Lemon Lounge, Korova, Zanzibar and Club So (Society). During this time etc has seen some of the best electronic acts around grace its dancefloor including Glenn Morrison, Dave Seaman, 16 Bit Lolitas, Tim Davison, James Talk, Aly Fila, Quivver, Dan Stone, Sam Ball and many more. etc resident Rob H has gone onto become a resident for Cream in this time and Steve Grant has seen his show Audio Fusion on 107.6 Juice FM become one of the top shows on the station and is now a fixture every Friday night. Resident DJ Steve Parry has been the heart and soul of the night since its beginnings and still is to this day, bringing the most exclusive tracks from around the world to the event which now resides in Liverpool's leading underground venue Studio!
