Plastic Soup Intro: Plastic Soup was started in august 2005, a collaboration by two like-minded friends (General Jimmy & Paul Outlar) to give a new twist on the music scene in Liverpool and beyond. They began by recruiting a team of writers and experts to provide reviews, columns, articles and above all opinionated discussion on the music scene. With one foot on the dancefloor, clubbing and the rave tentacles that spawned from it began as the main focus, but the greater music scene was also promised coverage, with rock gigs and indie club nights being investigated too. And it isn't all just about Liverpool, the writers are being sent on regular reconnaissance missions around the globe to find out what beats at the heart of music fans around the planet.
