Intro: Chew Disco is a Liverpool-based club night showcasing emerging electro, dance-punk, riot grrrl, trash and alternative DIY bands, transgressive performance art, DJs (post-punk, queercore, electro, riot-grrrl, rockabilly), and projected cult, b-movie, and exploitation film mashups providing a mix of underground music, art, sexual/creative empowerment and political activism for queers, straights, homo-radicals, misfits, outcasts, feminists, alternative thinkers, anti-fascists… all in support of organisations working on behalf of women and LGBT enduring human rights violations in the non-West.
